Application Support Analyst II (Salesforce Administrator) - India, Chennai - Hybrid, Office-Based As a values-driven organisation, integrity, collaboration, agility, and inclusion are at the heart of how we work and interact with each other, customers, patients and suppliers. Install, maintain, and support Salesforce enterprise applications.

What you'll do

  • Contribute to application support activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively
  • Provide tier 2 Technical support for Salesforce systems
  • Work with developers and integration teams for application deployment and error resolution
  • Troubleshooting applications, third-party integrations, review and analysis of Salesforce debug logs and general errors
  • Respond to user requests for assistance (Help Desk tickets; phone, email)
