About the role

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. As a Veeva CRM/Vault CRM Consultant, a typical day involves handling Veeva CRM/Vault CRM configuration tasks, supporting change requests, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and resolving technical issues.

What you'll do

  • Handle Veeva CRM/Vault CRM configuration tasks
  • Support implementation of Veeva change requests including requirement analysis, design, solutioning, effort estimation, and bug fixes
  • Perform usersetup, Alignment, and security-related activities on Veeva
  • Write custom code including triggers, workflows, and classes
  • Work on support/AMS activities using Servicenow
