About the role

We are seeking an experienced L2 Application Support professional to support business-critical enterprise applications in a 24x7 environment. The role requires strong troubleshooting, Linux, SQL, monitoring, incident management, and stakeholder coordination skills.

What you'll do

  • Provide L2 support for enterprise applications, batch jobs, interfaces, APIs, message queues, and file transfers
  • Monitor application health and resolve P1/P2 incidents within agreed SLAs
  • Analyse logs, alerts, database records, and transaction flows to identify and resolve issues
  • Troubleshoot failed or stuck transactions and coordinate controlled recovery or reprocessing
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
