About the role

Recommend and advise the Management through his sound knowledge the impacts of various environment pollution parameters and suggest ways & means of controlling the same as per laid down regulations. Ensure through regular rounds/ proper liasioning with workmen & staff that safe work practices are followed.

• Ensure through regular rounds/ proper liasioning with workmen & staff that safe work practices are followed
• Ensure that proper records as per the guidelines of Corporate Safety are maintained. To liaise with various departments and ensure this is strictly followed
• Keep regular contact with Corporate Safety regarding training needs of the unit & required emphasis to be given to this area
• Ensure formal reports/reviews of action plans of EHS audit and regular follow up also on Internal audits
