About the role

We are seeking an experienced Market Data Operations & Transformation Lead to lead an offshore team supporting a financial-services client. They must also have led teams and delivered process improvements or transformation initiatives. Relevant vendor experience includes Bloomberg, LSEG/Refinitiv, FactSet, and S&P. Exposure to Calero or TRG Screen is desirable.

  • Work allocation, quality assurance, coaching, capacity planning, escalation management, and service-level accountability
  • Leading workshops and service reviews, resolving ambiguity, presenting recommendations, and managing onshore/offshore dependencies
