Assistant Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Cash Application with 6–9 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/O2C operations. The role will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end cash application activities, including ACH, wire, check and lockbox payments, account reconciliations, unapplied/unidentified cash, payment exceptions, and month-end activities.

What you'll do

• Responsible for overseeing end-to-end cash application activities, including ACH, wire, check and lockbox payments, account reconciliations, unapplied/unidentified cash
• Manage day-to-day Cash Application operations and ensure timely and accurate processing
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, productivity, quality, and operational performance
• Review and drive resolution of unapplied/unidentified cash, payment exceptions, and reconciliation issues
• Oversee bank, customer account, and month-end reconciliations
