Assistant Manager Guest Relation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Assistant Manager for Guest Relations to join our hospitality team in Udaipur, India. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing guest relations operations, and leading a team dedicated to delivering outstanding service.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily guest relations operations and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service standards
• Supervise and mentor guest relations staff, providing coaching, feedback, and performance guidance
• Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Monitor and analyze guest feedback, surveys, and reviews to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement
• Develop and implement guest relations strategies and initiatives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
