About the role

Ensure timely resolution of DPR (Daily Production Report) area issues. Coordinate with the Incoming Quality team to address and resolve quality concerns. Act as in‑charge of the final inspection area, supervising assembly and post‑testing activities of valves. Make decisions and resolve issues using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and leakage analysis.

What you'll do

• Completion of daily DPR in shop1& 2 of cast valves and Forged Valve area
• Completion of customer inspection by coordinating with assembly, dispatch team as CM team weekly plan
• Coordinating & completion of punch points and in order to get IRN
• Raising the X2/X3 notification based on findings from assembly & valve testing
• Coordination & Completion of export valves or domestic valves painting inspection and getting the dispatch clearance
