Assistant Manager - Materials

About the role

You will be responsible for assisting in the efficient operation of the Materials Department in line with Hyatt's brand standards, corporate strategies, and operational requirements, while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and hotel ownership. The role supports the planning, sourcing, procurement, storage, and distribution of materials required for hotel operations.

What you'll do

• Assist in vendor management, contract administration, inventory control, cost optimization, and ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and procedures
