What you'll do

• Manage and maintain all project documentation within the Electronic Document Management System
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing documents are registered, distributed, tracked and archived in accordance with project procedures
• Perform quality checks on document metadata, numbering, revision status and document classification before submission
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, quality, vendors, and clients regarding document submissions and comments
• Monitor document review workflows and ensure timely processing of transmittals, submittals, and correspondence
