Assistant Operations Manager

About the role

The Associate Manager 2 (AM2) – AR Follow-Up is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow-Up function within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process. This role ensures timely resolution of outstanding claims, drives team performance, maintains client service levels, and identifies process improvement opportunities to maximize collections and reduce AR ageing.

What you'll do

• Operational Management Manage and oversee AR Follow-Up operations to ensure timely resolution of unpaid claims
• Monitor team productivity, quality, and collection performance against established goals and client expectations
• Ensure compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Drive operational efficiency through effective resource utilization and process optimization
• Act as the first level of escalation for process-related, client-related, and people-related concerns
