Assistant Production Manager

About the role

Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of plant, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently, safely, and within budget. (Knowledge/Skill/Attitude)* Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication processes and techniques. reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency. specifications, and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of plant, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently
• Plan Vs Actual verification & Hourly production monitoring
• Load closing should be completed as per plan FIFO wise
• Monitoring tool, tackle & Spare part arrangement in section
• Ensure all 4M condition & OEE calculation of each machine

What you need

• 3–6 years in mechanical & production
• Production planning
• CNC operation
• 5S
• Kaizen
• MS Office
• Fabrication
• Any graduate
