About the role

The HR & Administration Executive is responsible for supporting core HR operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. The role involves employee lifecycle management, onboarding, documentation, HR records management, office administration, vendor coordination, and employee support while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

What you'll do

• Manage employee onboarding and induction activities
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
• Coordinate documentation related to joining, confirmation, transfers, and exits
• Support attendance, leave management, and employee data administration
• Assist in payroll inputs by maintaining accurate employee information
