Associate Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Analyst, Analytics & Metrics to join our KPI Monitoring Team part of Non API Integrations team in Open Finance. In this role, you will be responsible for proactive monitoring of critical business and operational KPIs, investigating alerts and production issues, analyzing large datasets, identifying trends and anomalies, and supporting incident management activities.

What you'll do

• KPI Monitoring & Operational Support
• Monitor production environments to detect anomalies, performance degradation, service disruptions, and operational issues
• Investigate alerts, incidents, and service failures and take appropriate actions based on defined procedures
• Ensure timely escalation and communication of critical issues to relevant stakeholders
• Support 24x7 operational monitoring through rotational shift coverage
