About the role

Maintain and analyze compensation data (base pay, incentives, bonuses). Assist in annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus) including data validation, audits and issue resolution. Conduct pay equity analyses and recommend corrective actions. Provide scenario modeling for hiring plans, cost impact, and workforce mix optimization.

What you'll do
