About the role

Associate AR at Guidehouse. Identify inpatient/observation accounts requiring NOA (Notification of Admission).

What you'll do

• Identify inpatient/observation accounts requiring NOA (Notification of Admission)
• Initiate non-clinical authorizations where applicable
• Document reference / authorization numbers in the system
• Track status and perform timely follow-up on pending / rejected submissions
• Ensure compliance with payer timeliness requirements

What you need

• 1–4 years in accounting & taxation
• Data entry
• Compliance
• Billing
• Accounts receivable
• Any graduate

Good to have

• MS Office
