About the role

As an Associate , you will be the front-line client service professional, tapping into a diverse network of global experts, sourcing the most suitable professional expert for our clients' research endeavours. Your role entails staying updated on industry trends, cultivating relationships with high-level professionals in the field, managing client expectations and excelling in a dynamic environment by efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously.

What you'll do

• Include (but are not limited to)
• Learning and upholding our compliance policies and procedures to protect the integrity of client engagements
• Manage and grow client accounts by developing a strong understanding of their evolving priorities, ensuring seamless project execution
• Building your understanding of client strategies, industry verticals, and value chains to effectively source and vet the most relevant experts for client projects
• Excel in a dynamic work environment, efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously
