Associate Consultant - ITAM

About the role

As a Senior SAM Consultant, you will own customer engagements across the SAM lifecycle, from presales and solution shaping through delivery, optimization, renewal, and account growth. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will work with IT, Procurement, Finance, and executive stakeholders to identify savings opportunities, strengthen audit readiness, rationalize software estates, and improve licensing outcomes.

What you'll do

• Own customer engagements across the SAM lifecycle, from presales and solution shaping through delivery, optimization, renewal, and account growth
• Work with IT, Procurement, Finance, and executive stakeholders to identify savings opportunities, strengthen audit readiness, rationalize software estates
• Developing renewal and licensing strategies across major software publishers, helping customers evaluate options and prepare for commercial negotiations
• Identifying and quantifying optimization opportunities through license right-sizing, re-harvesting, edition optimization, cloud and BYOL considerations
• Assessing software portfolios to identify overlapping, under-used, or redundant applications and developing practical rationalization recommendations
