Associate Consultant - M365

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Consultant – Microsoft 365 to support customers in optimizing, managing, and troubleshooting their Microsoft 365 environments while delivering exceptional service and technical expertise. What you'll do

• Work closely with customers and internal teams to support and optimize Microsoft 365 environments
• Troubleshoot complex issues, provide guidance across Microsoft 365 workloads, and contribute to customer success through proactive support, collaboration
• Supporting customers across Microsoft 365 workloads including Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams
• Collaborating with colleagues, customers, and Microsoft Support to resolve technical issues and drive timely outcomes
• Providing technical guidance and knowledge sharing within the team, supporting the growth and development of junior consultants

What you need
