What you'll do

• Troubleshoot complex voice, Teams, and SBC issues, work with escalation teams, and ensure seamless communication experiences for users worldwide
• Provide L2 support for Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business (On-Prem/Hybrid), Direct Routing & Cloud PBX
• Troubleshoot and manage AudioCodes/Ribbons SBCs, SIP issues, call flows, QoS/CAC, and voice gateway configurations
• Monitor OVOC dashboards, resolve alerts, and ensure SLA adherence
• Handle escalations, perform RCA for major incidents, and support service improvement programs

What you need

• 1–3 years in marketing
• Root cause analysis
• Data privacy
• B.Tech or B.E.

Good to have

• ITIL
