Responsible for driving capability development within the GSM and SM roles; driving development and skills to develop highly capable managers who thrive in the role

What you'll do

• Provides leadership, direction and vision for a team of approximately 15 direct reports. Responsible for quality practices
• Ensures that a level of Quality Control (QC) is embedded in GSMs and SMs day to day activities
• Ensures Harmonization of practice at study level for GSMs and SMs to ensure consistency, high quality and efficiency
• Drives the implementation of new practices and best practice sharing
• Oversees and manages resource utilization across direct reports
