Associate Director - Marketing

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Director, Marketing to shape how SquadStack shows up in the market as we build the category for AI Voice Agents in consumer sales. This is not a “manage campaigns from a distance” role. We are looking for someone who can think sharply, write clearly, build narratives from first principles, and turn marketing into a real growth engine.

What you'll do

• Positioning and product marketing
• Define the narrative and messaging architecture, including the category story for AI voice agents in consumer sales
• Run every launch end to end: messaging, enablement, assets, post-launch measurement
• Brand, content and website
• Build the content engine and keep the brand coherent across blog, thought leadership, case studies and socials

What you need

• 5–8 years in marketing
• SEO
• Product marketing
• Any graduate
