What you'll do

  • This position is based at our office in Magarpatta City, Pune
  • Responsible for developing, publishing, and maintaining warranty analytics dashboards for Electrical Sector product lines
  • Interface with key internal customers (quality, field sales/marketing, product engineering, warranty operations, field service/call center
  • Responsible for identifying emerging trends from the dashboards, performing deep‑dive analyses, and proposing product‑improvement projects
