Associate - Global Program Management

About the role

As a Finance and Business Management Project Manager – Associate in Finance within the Corporate and Investment Bank, you will manage a broad portfolio of initiatives—from multi-year programs such as strategic system replacements, new product launches, and branch buildouts, to ongoing process improvements.

What you'll do

• Elicit, document, and translate Finance business requirements into functional specifications
• Develop and review the end-to-end operating model
• Define requirements for controlled reference data migration and the setup of legal entities and product system feeds into the target Finance environment
• Partner with the Program Test Manager to create the test strategy, plans, scripts, and data
• Ensure requirements and the operating model are fully validated through testing
