Associate, IAM Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst for a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company and the largest owner, manager and developer of high-quality student housing communities in the United States. This is a regular, full-time, exempt corporate role based in Bengaluru, India and hired through Revantage India.

What you'll do

• Conduct recurring access reviews and audits to identify dormant, orphaned or inappropriate accounts and records, disable them and remove access as required
• Support IAM control activities across infrastructure systems using the enterprise IAM platform
• Manage Active Directory permissions through role-based access control (RBAC)
• Manage access and rulesets for Microsoft 365 shared resources, including distribution lists, shared calendars and shared mailboxes
• Configure, manage and validate automated workflows in the IAM platform
