Associate Lead Quality Engineer

About the role

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Associate Quality Engineering Lead who will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes.

What you'll do

• Leadership & Strategy Lead and mentor the QA team in defining and executing comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and test cases
• Drive adoption of automated testing tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and reliability
• Introduce and scale AI-driven QA capabilities, including intelligent test case generation, prioritization, and insights
• Define and establish QA metrics and KPIs to measure testing effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
• Oversee defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality risk assessments across releases
