About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Manager to lead a team of Structural and Thermal analysts while remaining hands on with Structural and Thermal Analysis.

What you'll do

Supervise a team of Structural and Thermal analysts. Provide technical guidance, conduct performance reviews and foster professional development
Define project scopes, estimate resource requirements, manage timelines and ensure deliverables align with product development milestones
Surrogate modeling, Design optimization and Data-driven insights from simulation results
Interpret simulation results and provide actionable engineering recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, testing, manufacturing)
