About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Specialist – R&D to drive innovation in fiber-based fixed access networks products / solutions. You will lead the design and development of high-performance software for OLT (Optical Line Terminal) platforms, working closely with cross-functional R&D and Product Management teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions.

What you'll do

Lead the design and development of high-performance software for OLT (Optical Line Terminal) platforms
Lead development of high-quality software for OLT products, enhancing performance and scalability
Work on Fiber Transport technologies with focus on GPON/XGPON systems
Design, develop and implement Layer 2 networking solutions (forwarding, multicast, QoS)
Collaborate with Product Management to translate customer feedback into product features
