Associate Principal - Architect

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished Associate Principal - Architecture - to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions. This role demands a hands-on technical leader with extensive experience in Java-based microservices and advanced AI/ML technologies, driving digital transformation initiatives.

What you'll do

• Define and own the hands-on technical architecture and implementation of AI solutions within large modernization and digital transformation programs
• Lead the design and development of production-grade AI systems, ensuring smooth cutover to production against all non-functional requirements
• Architect and implement agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen, incorporating planning, tool calling, and guardrails
• Design and build robust RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines, covering chunking, embeddings, vector and hybrid search, and grounding
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) via SDKs and APIs, applying advanced prompt engineering, versioning, and parameter-efficient tuning techniques
