Associate Process Manager

About the role

The Associate Process Manager – MIS will own and manage end-to-end reporting, governance dashboards, business metrics consolidation, data validation, automation, and management reporting activities. The role will work closely with Operations, HR, Workforce Management, Transitions, Finance, and other support functions to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable information is available for business decision-making.

What you'll do

• Manage recurring MIS, governance, and management reporting requirements
• Maintain and enhance governance dashboards and performance trackers
• Consolidate, validate, reconcile, and analyze data received from multiple stakeholders and support functions
• Track key business activities, including: Process deployment and bench positions
• Transition progress and reporting
