Associate Program Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Software Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end program delivery, manage cross-functional technical teams, and ensure high-quality, timely outcomes for business-critical initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of delivery management, technical depth, and stakeholder leadership , with experience in digital transformation, cloud, and data-driven programs .

What you'll do

• Ensure timely execution, governance, and quality outcomes across parallel projects
• Own program/project P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
• Technical & Program Management: Provide technical guidance to teams on architecture, tools, and best practices (.NET, Cloud, Microservices, APIs, Data/AI solutions)
• Drive adoption of modern SDLC practices including Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and QA engineering
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance efficiency
