Associate - Structure at AECOM. Provide direction, coordination, planning, and completion of engineering projects.

What you'll do

• Provide direction, coordination, planning, and completion of engineering projects
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and proactively manage client expectations
• Plan and organize engineering programs, project resources, and staff to meet project objectives and delivery schedules
• Lead, mentor, and develop structural engineers, BIM modelers, and project teams while ensuring effective workload distribution and technical growth
• Perform analysis and design of structural systems for various building types and materials in accordance with applicable design codes and standards

What you need

• 12–15 years in mechanical & production
• AutoCAD
• Revit
• MS Office
• ETABS
• STAAD Pro
• MEP
• B.Tech or B.E. or M.Tech
