About the role

Success in this role requires staying current on billing systems, policies, and managing support tickets according to SLA and priority guidelines.

What you'll do

  • Interact with customers via Live Calls, Email, and Chat to help troubleshoot and resolve complex
  • Billing, account, and payment-related issues
  • Diagnose and resolve complex customer questions or problems over the telephone/Internet in
  • The areas of account setup, billing discrepancies, payment processing, and system functionality issues
  • Track and document inbound support requests and ensure proper notation of customer

What you need

  • 1–3 years in consulting & strategy
  • Problem solving
  • Any graduate
