What you'll do
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hydraulic systems used in steel structure manufacturing processes
- Ensure optimal performance of hydraulic presses, bending machines, shearing machines, and other heavy fabrication equipment
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for hydraulic failures to improve system reliability
- Monitor hydraulic fluid conditions, leakage control, and efficiency improvements
