About the role

The Senior Engineer – MIS is primarily responsible for end‑to‑end management reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking for a multi‑GW portfolio of renewable energy assets. The role ensures accurate, timely, and insightful reporting to management, clients, and senior leadership, enabling data‑driven decision‑making, performance improvement, and governance.

What you'll do

• MIS Ownership & Reporting
• Own the preparation, validation, and publishing of Daily, Fortnightly, Monthly, and Ad‑hoc MIS reports for renewable energy projects
• Ensure single‑source‑of‑truth reporting, data accuracy, version control, and audit readiness
• Standardize MIS templates, formats, KPIs, and reporting methodologies across all sites and technologies
• Automate and improve reporting processes to reduce manual effort and errors

What you need

• 5–8 years in data & business analytics
• Dashboarding
• MIS reporting
• Data analysis
• Excel
• PowerPoint
• Root cause analysis
• B.Tech or B.E.
