AVP - C# (.net) Developer - Equity Technology

About the role

We are seeking a technically strong and motivated C# Developer to join the Securities Finance Technology team within Jefferies’ Equities – Prime Services division. You will help design, build, and support strategic trading and servicing systems that power a global Securities Borrowing & Lending (SBL) business.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain core in-house Securities Borrowing & Lending (SBL) platforms and related services
• Deliver new features and enhancements across server-side and client-side components using C# and .NET (Core/Framework)
• Partner with developers, product stakeholders, and users to clarify requirements, prioritize work, and deliver high-impact outcomes
• Build and maintain automated tests (unit/integration) and support UAT/business testing activities
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to engineering standards, and drive continuous improvements in code quality, reliability, and SDLC practices
