About the role

An IC4 individual contributor role reporting to the Engineering Manager, with ownership of production reliability, data integrity, and isolation. Live2.ai is building an AI-native Social Content & Campaign Intelligence OS for global consumer brands. It helps brands monitor, audit, analyse, and act on intelligence across social content, influencer campaigns, user-generated content, and commerce.

What you'll do

  • Build and operate backend services with strict data integrity and isolation requirements
  • Design data models for multi-tenant systems and maintain their correctness under delivery pressure
  • Build asynchronous and queue-based processing that handles failures midway through a workflow
  • Design and maintain APIs used by internal teams and enterprise customers
  • Version APIs carefully to protect existing integrations
