Billing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Billing Executive with 1–2 years of pharmacy billing experience to manage billing, inward checking and purchase entries accurately and on time. The role focuses on preventing financial discrepancies through accurate billing, GRN entry and timely reconciliations.

What you'll do

• Inward Checking, Purchase Entries & GRN
• Complete inward checking and purchase entries on time
• Ensure 100% accuracy in GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entry for all received shipments each month
• Immediately identify, report and help correct any billing or GRN mismatches daily
• Billing Accuracy & Credit Notes
