Bookkeeper

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to support daily financial operations in a fully remote environment. In this role, you will maintain accurate financial records, manage transaction processing, oversee accounts payable and receivable, and perform regular bank reconciliations. You will also contribute to financial reporting, expense tracking, and compliance documentation to ensure financial data remains organized and up to date.

What you'll do

• Transaction recording and general ledger management: Record daily financial transactions, maintain an organized general ledger
• Accounts payable and receivable: Process incoming and outgoing payments, track outstanding invoices, follow up on overdue balances, and maintain accurate payment records
• Bank and account reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts and credit lines regularly, investigate discrepancies
