About the role

Team is working in IP domain and prime objective is to provide Managed Services to our customers.

What you'll do

  • Be part of a team managing specific IP Network activities
  • Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
  • High focus on managing the team to meet SLA/WLA
  • Problem Escalations and Follow-ups (CSR) with various Stakeholders for IP Operations
  • Performance Analysis & Investigation
