About the role

3M is seeking an experienced Project Engineer for India Engineering’s organization at its Electronic City , Bengaluru (Karnataka, India) manufacturing plant and R&D Center. The person hired for this position will primarily be responsible for managing capital investment projects in support of manufacturing and laboratories.

What you'll do

  • Responsible for managing capital investment projects in support of manufacturing and laboratories
  • Manage project timelines and budgets for assigned projects
  • Define and execute competitive bidding strategy
  • Oversee plant equipment layout and design
  • Communicate effectively to project team, facility staff and project stakeholders
