About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Captain to oversee the efficient scanning and packing processes in our operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are looking to develop their skills in logistics and are eager to learn in a supportive environment.

What you'll do

  • Ensure accurate scanning of all products to maintain inventory integrity
  • Supervise and coordinate the packing of products to guarantee timeliness and quality
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency
  • Train and guide new team members in scanning and packing procedures
  • Monitor performance metrics and report any discrepancies to management
