About the role

The Center Manager will be a dynamic medical professional responsible for the end-to-end management and strategic growth of the training center. This role requires a seasoned clinician with significant administrative experience, particularly in Managing healthcare initiatives focused on professional training.

What you'll do

• Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Course Calendar & Faculty Management: Course Planning: Plan, schedule, and manage the annual course calendar
• Course Development & Innovation: New Course Development: Under the supervision of Manager - Academics and faculty/advisors, assist in the development of new courses
• Marketing & Participant Enrollment: Marketing Strategy: Under the supervision of Manager Marketing
• Financial Management & Cost Efficiency: Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare, manage, and monitor the center's budget, ensuring financial prudence and accountability
