About the role

Chief Engineer at Accor. Responsible for the overall maintenance of the hotel’s facilities and equipment.

What you'll do

  • Responsible for the overall maintenance of the hotel’s facilities and equipment
  • Ensure that the maintenance budget and stock levels are controlled, ensuring that all expenses are kept in line with budget guidelines
  • Be fully aware, and competent in, all health and safety procedures, policies and assist with preparing all risk assessments
  • Ensure that there is an effective PPM schedules in place
  • Manage the onsite activity of all contractors
