Client Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a customer-focused Client Advisor with 2–4 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in luxury jewellery, fine jewellery, or luxury fashion. The ideal candidate should have experience serving high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), delivering personalised shopping experiences, achieving sales targets, and building long-term customer relationships.

What you'll do

• Welcome and assist luxury customers, understand their preferences, and identify their specific requirements
• Provide personalised shopping assistance and recommend suitable jewellery products based on customer needs, occasions, and budgets
• Explain jewellery collections, product features, designs, and other relevant details to customers
• Drive sales and consistently achieve assigned monthly and category-wise sales targets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty
