About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Operations Consultant to help manage, secure, and optimize enterprise cloud infrastructure in a dynamic, globally collaborative environment. In this role, you will work primarily with AWS, supporting critical cloud operations and SAP workloads while ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

What you'll do

Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and operational stability
Monitor cloud environments, troubleshoot incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent recurring issues
Support SAP workloads hosted on AWS, including infrastructure upgrades, patching, backups, migrations, and performance optimization
Strengthen cloud security by managing AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM), enforcing least-privilege access, and addressing outdated credentials, policy drift
Automate EC2 patching, infrastructure hardening, and compliance reporting to improve operational efficiency and security
