Cloud Ops Engineer

About the role

This role is the operations owner for cloud governance and compliance at scale . You’ll keep cloud environments “day-1/day-2 ready” through strong account lifecycle management, guardrails, patch/vulnerability workflows, and audit-ready evidence. You’ll partner with Security/Risk (as stakeholders) and with Platform/App te ams (as executors/owners) to ensure standards are implemen te d without slowing delivery.

What you'll do

• Own and improve core cloud operations capabilities: account vending, guardrails, compliance evidence, and vulnerability/patch hygiene
• Work cross-functionally with Platform Engineering, application te ams, IAM, Risk/GRC, and Audit in a global environment
• Drive automation (policy-as-code / IaC / scripting) to reduce toil and improve consis te n cy
• Gain exposure to multi-cloud operations (AWS/Azure/GCP) where applicable, while building durable governance pat te rns

What you need
