What you'll do

• Maintain the IT Services: -
• Communicate IT-related updates, challenges, and insights effectively to management and peers
• Oversee server and network operations, including troubleshooting connectivity issues, installing, maintaining, and integrating new equipment
• Resolve or escalate technical issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Manage deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrades, and support for all IT infrastructure systems (PCs, laptops, operating systems, databases, IP telephony
