What you'll do

• Develop, and optimise CNC programs using CAD/CAM software for a wide range of components and materials
• Interpret engineering drawings, models, and specifications to generate efficient toolpaths
• Standardise CNC programming practices to maximise repeatability, reduce errors, and ensure safe operation
• Define tooling, work-holding, and setup requirements to support efficient production
• Work closely with machinists, engineers, and production staff to ensure seamless handover of programs to the shop floor

What you need

• 1–3 years in mechanical & production
• CNC operation
• CNC programming
• Siemens NX
• Lean manufacturing
• Machining
• Any graduate
