Community Manager

About the role

This is a builder's role for someone who enjoys creating something from the ground up. You will shape the community strategy, build partnerships, design online and offline experiences, launch evening learning programs, and develop new revenue streams. The long-term vision is to build strong Dreamtime Communities across cities, eventually creating physical community spaces wherever the movement reaches sufficient scale.

What you'll do

• Build and manage an annual calendar of online and offline community events
• Organise workshops, webinars, competitions, showcases, meetups, and family engagement activities
• Build relationships with schools, international institutions, specialist instructors, and organisations
• Develop collaborations across arts, sports, robotics, animation, and other learning disciplines
• Develop free community initiatives to build awareness and paid programs to generate revenue

What you need

• 3–6 years in content, writing & media
• Any graduate
